Jaime Linn

Jaime was born and raised in New York City. From age 8, she started taking acting classes and performing in plays at the 13th Street Repertory Theater. From there she went on to attend the Professional Performing Arts School, where she started out as a musical theater major, but then realized she didn't want to be a triple threat, so she switched to drama and performed plays at The Actors Institute and the Producers club. While at P.P.A.S she also dabbled in dance, stage combat, mime and play writing. She has been a fan of comedy since the age of four and fell in love with comedic performing when she took an improv class at SUNY New Paltz, where she graduated with a B.A. in Theater. She's been with the Upright Citizens Brigade since 2008, studying under Bobby Moynihan (of SNL), Kevin Hines, Gavin Speiller, and Shannon O'Neill. She was featured in this years Chris Gethard Show (of Big Lake on Comedy Central) and in the variety show, The Same Sex-Tacular. Her improv team, Froduce, headlines a comedy show every Sunday night at The Creek and The Cave in Long Island City. The show, Froduce: Comedy That's Good For You, has been running for almost three years.
